What you will do

• Identify client needs, assess opportunities, and support account and market-development strategies.
• Translate requirements into solution concepts, workstreams, delivery models, plans, milestones, and performance measures.
• Lead or support programs, projects, workstreams, technical activities, advisory engagements, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop analyses, assessments, research, implementation support, recommendations, reports, and other client deliverables.
• Contribute to capture, proposal development, technical narratives, staffing plans, reviews, presentations, and negotiations.
• Provide training, facilitation, knowledge transfer, mentoring, quality assurance, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Typically 10+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting, government, industry, technical delivery, program management, or a related discipline.
• Recognized functional, technical, industry, operational, or consulting expertise with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Experience leading or supporting complex projects, programs, initiatives, or client engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, professional judgment, client credibility, and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience; advanced degrees, certifications, licenses, and security credentials may be required for specific engagements.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and geographies, manage competing priorities, mentor professionals, and contribute to business development.
