Data Quality & Stewardship Analyst (Data Governance)

Location: Hybrid, on and off client site in Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid-Atlantic Region; U.S. citizenship required.

What you will do

• Monitor data quality and improve data accuracy across human capital technology ecosystems.
• Implement data stewardship processes and support enterprise data governance and privacy.
• Analyze data, policies, controls, requirements, and reporting outputs.
• Produce quality reports, documentation, dashboards, and compliance evidence.
• Support data-driven decision-making, process automation, systems integration, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to federal data policies, privacy safeguards, records management regulations, and human capital management policies.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of data quality experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field.
• Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools.
• U.S. citizenship is required; visa sponsorship, including H-1B and TN sponsorship, is not available.
