Senior Manager - Program Management

What you will do

• Manage the integrated Workflow Transformation portfolio across initiatives, pilots, roadmap workstreams, vendor engagements, and operational improvement efforts.
• Coordinate portfolio planning, prioritization, governance, reporting, executive reviews, and implementation readiness.
• Maintain the transformation roadmap, including sequencing, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, resource needs, and operational transitions.
• Develop portfolio dashboards, status reports, executive scorecards, steering committee materials, transformation metrics, and value-realization reporting.
• Facilitate leadership alignment on priorities, investment recommendations, resource constraints, trade-offs, and portfolio changes.
• Establish portfolio management standards, intake processes, governance frameworks, reporting templates, and risk and issue routines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, organizational leadership, program management, information systems, finance, engineering, business analytics, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in portfolio management, program management, transformation management, operational excellence, consulting, PMO leadership, technology-enabled change, or enterprise initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives, programs, or cross-functional workstreams in a structured governance environment.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience creating decision-ready materials, dashboards, scorecards, and governance updates.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, project and portfolio reporting, and presentation development skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, create structure, drive follow-through, and influence without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow modernization, automation, AI-enabled transformation, process transformation, service delivery improvement, technology implementation, or vendor-supported delivery initiatives.
• PMP, PgMP, PMI Portfolio Management, Prosci Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or similar certification.
