Analytics Consulting Lead (Data Management & Business Intelligence)

Location: Hybrid work at or near Alexandria, Virginia, across the Mid Atlantic Region, working on and off the client site.

What you will do

• Analyze business needs across National Science Foundation divisions and directorates through stakeholder interviews and process mapping.
• Translate business requirements into role-based dashboards, reports, and data products for executive, managerial, and operational decision-making.
• Develop analytics strategies and advise on prioritization, change management, and user adoption.
• Support digital transformation, process automation, IT system integration, and workforce planning tool integration.
• Improve operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, service delivery, and performance-based outcomes.
• Produce requirements documents and strategy decks while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of analytics consulting experience in a federal environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Data Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with business analysis, analytics strategy, stakeholder engagement, and process mapping.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, Microsoft Office, data analytics tools, and Visio.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, facilitation, leadership, organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required; H-1B and TN visa sponsorship are not available.
