Service Delivery Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Zaventem, Vlaams Gewest, Belgium; on-site or hybrid, with regular customer visits and home working possible by mutual agreement. Candidates must already live in Belgium.

What you will do

• Manage managed services and support contracts as the tactical single point of contact during the operational contract phase.
• Analyze SLAs and monthly reports to ensure contractually agreed services are delivered.
• Organize recurring service review meetings, respond to customer questions, and coordinate internal account team meetings.
• Initiate corrective action plans, continuous service improvements, and escalation procedures with manufacturers, suppliers, and third parties.
• Monitor and optimize customer contract profitability while processing change and service requests through successful implementation.
• Document acquired knowledge and share it with colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, IT, Security, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar service management position.
• Experience managing IT projects, action plans, improvement plans, and business-critical changes.
• Basic knowledge of network and security technologies, plus experience with contract management, SLAs, SIPs, and finance.
• Experience with ITIL; an ITIL certificate is preferred.
• Fluent spoken and written French, Dutch, and English; candidates must already live in Belgium.

Nice to have

• Basic product knowledge of vendors such as Juniper, Fortinet, and Palo Alto.
• ITIL certification.
