What you will do

• Lead professional services delivery and manage consultants and project managers across the EMEA region.
• Oversee infrastructure improvements, implementations, data migrations, and automation deliverables for hirify.global hybrid storage solutions.
• Design service models around customer needs and improve customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.
• Manage KPIs including revenue, costs, utilization, and operational performance.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage the performance of professional services staff.
• Collaborate with sales, support, product, partners, and global teams to identify opportunities and improve customer success.

Requirements

• 14+ years of relevant industry experience, including 4–8 years in people leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing teams, multiple concurrent assignments, customer escalations, KPIs, revenue optimization, and operational improvements.
• Expertise in automation deliverables, methodologies, best practices, analytics, and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of ITIL change, incident, problem, and configuration management.
• Understanding of virtualization technology, storage hardware, technical project management, and AI or Generative AI solutions. English is required.

Nice to have

• Bilingual English-German skills.
• French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese language skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, finance, distribution, or public-sector industries in EMEA.
