What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day service continuity and resolve operational bottlenecks across CPaaS products.
• Act as a key liaison for Customer Operations leadership to ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Facilitate product and platform changes, ensuring cross-team coordination for execution and validation.
• Monitor task queues and ticket flows to proactively flag and mitigate SLA risks.
• Maintain operational documentation and provide transparent communication across global and regional teams.
• Engage in technical and presales calls to demonstrate platform capabilities and API integrations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Riyadh
• KSA experience is mandatory
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in operations, service delivery, or technical project coordination.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks.
• Experience in CPaaS or telecom domains.
