C&SCM Supply Chain Management Consultant (Government / DOE / NNSA) (Supply Chain Management)

Location: Hybrid work on and off the client site and virtually in or near Aiken, South Carolina, United States.

What you will do

• Develop operational procedures for procurement, supplier readiness, field procurement, warehousing, receiving, delivery, inventory control, and property management.
• Design integrated Contracts and Supply Chain Management workflows aligned with DOE/NNSA mission requirements.
• Create process maps, standard operating procedures, forms, templates, handbooks, terms and conditions, diagrams, and acquisition lifecycle flowcharts.
• Review prime contracts, governing documents, and applicable laws to maintain procedural and compliance alignment.
• Validate workflows with operational stakeholders and deliver virtual and in-person training.
• Establish feedback and monitoring mechanisms for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement operations, logistics, inventory, property, warehousing, or supplier management.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in DOE/NNSA, federal, defense, energy, nuclear, environmental management, or other highly regulated environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations, supplier lifecycle management, inventory and warehouse workflows, property accountability, logistics, procurement execution, and operational controls.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement across client-site and virtual environments in the Aiken, South Carolina area.
• Microsoft Office proficiency is required; advanced Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word skills are preferred, along with proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.

Nice to have

• CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, C.P.M., NPMA, or equivalent certification.
• Nuclear and environmental management sector experience.
• Existing security clearance.
