Training Specialist II (Nuclear And Environmental Management)

Location: Hybrid on/off client site and virtual in Aiken, South Carolina, across the Southeastern USA region. The role may require onsite badging at the client site, and U.S. citizenship is required.

What you will do

• Deliver and refine training programs for contracts and supply chain procedures.
• Develop training modules, support e-learning and workshops, gather feedback, and improve content.
• Analyze contracts and regulations and create standard operating procedures, process maps, templates, and acquisition lifecycle materials.
• Support alignment with the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation, DOE directives, NNSA requirements, and client standards.
• Contribute to procedural implementation, change management, performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and compliance sustainment.
• Support an engagement serving approximately 360 personnel over a five-year period.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4–7 years of professional experience, including familiarity with compliance training.
• Experience with instructional delivery, facilitation, and learning management systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, time-management, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and business tools, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
• U.S. citizenship is required; visa sponsorship, including H-1B and TN sponsorship, is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in the nuclear and environmental management sector.
• Experience with procurement, contracts and supply chain management, regulatory analysis, technical writing, or process engineering.
• Security clearance or experience supporting sensitive federal-marketplace engagements.
