What you will do

• Support K-12 schools and manage Lead Instructors and Program Assistants.
• Mentor instructors, provide coaching, and lead orientation and training sessions.
• Monitor program implementation including attendance, performance, and student achievement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and district partners to address program needs and improvements.
• Manage documentation, reporting, and communication with supervisors and clients.
• Make data-informed decisions to enhance instruction and student outcomes.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree and commit to 35-40 hours per week.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a K-12 educational setting or equivalent education and experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of instructional pedagogies and high-impact instructional practices.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with good time management and organizational skills.
