Training Program Manager (Nuclear): Designing and delivering enterprise training for Contracts and Supply Chain Management procedures supporting nuclear site operations, with an accent on regulatory compliance, workforce readiness, and procedural adoption. Focus on developing training plans, managing curriculum delivery, analyzing FAR and DEAR requirements, and sustaining compliant, audit-ready procurement processes for approximately 360 personnel.
Location: Hybrid, on/off client site and virtual, in or near Aiken, South Carolina, United States. The role may require onsite badging at the client facility.

What you will do
- Develop training plans, oversee curriculum, manage delivery, and ensure workforce readiness.
- Design and lead the training strategy for Contracts and Supply Chain Management procedural adoption.
- Analyze contracts and regulations and develop standard operating procedures, process maps, templates, and training materials.
- Support compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Department of Energy Acquisition Regulation, DOE directives, NNSA requirements, and client procedures.
- Contribute to acquisition lifecycle flowcharts, compliance updates, procedural deployment, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Support a five-year engagement and training rollout for approximately 360 personnel.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Visa sponsorship is not available, including H-1B and TN visa sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- 10–12 or more years of training leadership experience; DOE or federal experience is preferred.
- Experience with instructional design, program management, and learning management system tools.
- Strong leadership, planning, communication, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
