Salary: $6,511.62–$10,744.16 per month in Memphis; $6,854.33–$11,309.65 per month in Plano and Pittsburgh. An additional pay range is listed as $5,152.82–$8,244.52 per month in Memphis and $5,424.03–$8,678.44 in Plano and Pittsburgh.

Federal Express Corporation is hiring for a corporate financial systems role supporting enterprise back-office systems.

What you will do

• Support the development and operation of enterprise back-office financial systems for human resources, finance, payroll, accounting, and reporting.
• Coordinate with business partners and provide guidance on software development and support requests.
• Provide technical advice and leadership in defining, developing, implementing, and reviewing enterprise applications and databases.
• Participate in departmental and corporate project initiatives.
• Provide system and network support and maintain training content and end-user communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, accounting, information technology, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in financial systems analysis, planning, accounting, audit, or operational analysis.
• Strong analytical, quantitative problem-solving, troubleshooting, organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Experience with multidimensional business databases, software, web technologies, and scripting languages.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial ERP platforms such as Oracle or SAP, especially Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Familiarity with APIs, REST, SOA, OIC, and SFTP integration processes.
• Understanding of governance, compliance standards, and audit-readiness requirements.
• Experience evaluating customization, integration complexity, release cycles, and system standardization trade-offs.
