Senior Developer Advocate, Developer Education

Location: Remote-first; remote in-country or within a region depending on the role. Occasional travel is required for conferences, events, customer trainings, onboarding, and team offsites.

What you will do

• Shape the education platform and overall learning experience as an education product.
• Design and build exercise-first courses, tutorials, labs, videos, guides, and learning paths.
• Create hands-on AI and agent content, including examples of reliable AI systems built with hirify.global.
• Build and maintain reference implementations, labs, and best-practice examples in hirify.global SDK languages.
• Partner with Developer Relations, Product, Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Sales, Marketing, and Developer Success to create reusable educational assets.
• Support trainer and developer certification programs and share actionable developer feedback with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering experience with production-quality examples in at least one primary hirify.global SDK language: Go, Java, TypeScript, Python, or .NET.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, including state management, fault tolerance, concurrency, and event-driven architectures.
• Demonstrated experience creating technical education content for developer audiences.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts through narrative.
• Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor, own projects, work independently, and collaborate across functions.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences, events, customer trainings, and team offsites.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or another workflow orchestration system.
• Background in developer education, developer relations, or technical enablement.
• Open source contributions in developer tooling, distributed systems, or adjacent ecosystems.
• Experience building LLM-powered applications or AI agents.
• Experience with an LMS or education platform, or in a remote-first globally distributed company.
