Principal Compliance Analyst (Supply Chain [SC] Business Compliance)

What you will do

• Develop schedules and perform department assessments, self-audits, and internal and external audit activities.
• Coordinate audit responses for DCAA, OIG, DOE, and internal compliance reviews.
• Track compliance issues, investigations, findings, corrective actions, and required responses; prepare related reports.
• Develop, review, approve, and distribute policies, procedures, guidance documents, forms, and internal controls.
• Interpret DOE Orders, FAR requirements, and contractor purchasing system requirements for integration into business processes.
• Provide compliance guidance and training, collaborate with management, legal counsel, and internal audit staff, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• US citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 7+ years of progressive supply chain compliance or related experience.
• 7+ years of experience with government or contractor purchasing systems.
• 7+ years of experience developing, scheduling, performing, and responding to internal and external audits.
• Valid driver's license and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of FAR, DOE Orders, DCAA compliance, OIG compliance, and government contracting compliance.
• Experience in technical writing, policy development, training development, process improvement, reporting, and analysis.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
