Procurement Analyst (Insurance)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States; hybrid. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

What you will do

• Coordinate contract review workflows with Legal, IT Risk, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Manage vendor contract renewals, amendments, documentation, and lifecycle updates.
• Maintain procurement and supplier records in approved systems.
• Monitor procurement policies, approval requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Support audit requirements by maintaining sourcing, contract, and compliance documentation.
• Develop procurement reports, dashboards, and KPI reporting, and participate in procurement transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement experience.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry such as finance, insurance, or healthcare.
• Experience supporting competitive sourcing events and supplier negotiations.
• Experience with procurement, ERP, and contract management systems.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems, vendor software, compliance reviews, and audit support.
• U.S. work authorization for any employer is required; sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as CPSM, CPCM, CSCP, or another procurement-related credential.
