Location: Sunnyvale, California, United States

Annual salary: $104,000–$202,000 for the Sunnyvale location. Performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation may also apply.

What you will do

• Partner with leadership and business stakeholders to define analytics objectives and research plans.
• Develop data models, algorithms, and prototypes that generate actionable business insights.
• Manage end-to-end project workstreams, including risk mitigation and strategic alignment.
• Present data-driven recommendations to support functional initiatives and business decisions.
• Build consultative partnerships across Sales, Technology, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Analytics.
• Oversee data collection, quality, and analysis strategies to improve business outcomes.

Requirements

• Expertise in advanced analytics, data modeling, and data visualization.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects, risk, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficiency in SQL and data management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field plus 2 years of experience in data analytics or a related field, or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to ethical standards and integrity.

Nice to have

• Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Statistics.
