Analytics Scientist (BigQuery)

Location: Dearborn, Michigan, United States; hybrid work with regular presence at the Dearborn worksite and residence within a reasonable commuting distance required.

Salary: $140,629.00–$182,996.64 per year.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end development of data products supporting analytics consumption in the hirify.global Customer Service Division.
• Translate user needs into actionable data requirements and lead data discovery with analytics teams.
• Collaborate with data scientists, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to improve dealer growth and customer satisfaction.
• Design and develop data models and scalable data products using GCP BigQuery, Informatica BDM/DEI, EDC, and data privacy management platforms.
• Develop data governance frameworks and security models supporting data integrity, compliance, and accessibility.
• Integrate heterogeneous data sources and deliver reliable solutions with strong performance across business cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the offered role or a related occupation.
• Five years of experience with SQL and RDBMS data mining, query optimization, data visualization, reporting dashboards, ETL, data warehousing, business intelligence, validation, user acceptance testing, functional specifications, and large-scale data modeling.
• Experience with technologies including Informatica, Cognos, QlikView, Business Objects, Teradata, Hadoop, or equivalent platforms.
• Three years of experience formulating data management standards and applying data governance practices aligned with CCPA and GDPR.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility verification is required at hire.
