Soarian Financials Consultant - Patient Accounting (Oracle Health)

Location: US - National; up to 100% travel may be required, with travel and remote-work flexibility dependent on client engagements.

What you will do

• Provide subject matter expertise for Oracle Health Revenue Cycle and Soarian Financials Patient Accounting projects.
• Configure, implement, upgrade, maintain, and optimize business and clinical applications.
• Analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and document optimization recommendations.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues with client IT teams and vendors.
• Plan and execute domain validation, package, unit, integrated, and application testing.
• Mentor client project teams, coordinate status meetings, and maintain project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare and technical experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Oracle Health Revenue Cycle build and implementation experience.
• Experience with domain validation, package testing, application break/fix resolution, and designing, building, and testing system changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to new project environments, teams, client policies, and changing travel or living arrangements.
• Availability to work at any time, including nights and weekends, as needed.
