CIB, Structured Finance Associate

Location: United States of America. Work authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship. Travel within the assigned territory may be required.

Salary: $175,000–$225,000 USD annual base pay.

What you will do

• Prepare marketing materials, proposals, client presentations, and transaction pitches.
• Originate, advise on, and structure financing for energy, infrastructure, digital infrastructure, and real estate projects.
• Research industries and markets, analyze transactions, assess risks, and prepare credit applications.
• Develop cash flow models and execute complex project finance and syndicated loan transactions.
• Review and negotiate transaction documents, mandates, and client agreements.
• Participate in due diligence, strategic planning, and business management for the digital infrastructure business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or Economics.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, including commercial banking or finance experience with strong credit analysis.
• Direct experience modeling and executing project finance transactions and analyzing or negotiating transaction documents.
• Strong credit, risk analysis, analytical, problem-solving, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex initiatives, work independently with limited supervision, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong written, verbal, presentation, and public speaking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital or AI infrastructure, real estate, renewable energy, infrastructure debt or equity, and complex energy financings.
• Established work history or equivalent experience through training, military service, or education.
