Associate Director, Incentive Compensation (AI)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end incentive compensation plan, contest, award, and territory design aligned with brand and corporate objectives.
• Build models and simulations to assess incentive structures, field organization options, payout trade-offs, and business drivers.
• Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly incentive compensation operations, calendars, governance, deliverables, and payouts.
• Partner with business unit, sales, GTMC, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Data Management stakeholders.
• Improve operational efficiency through process improvement, data analysis, automation, and ROI tracking.
• Use AI agents and advanced analytics to improve plan structures, run equity analyses, benchmark practices, and support data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals.
• Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred.
• Knowledge of modern go-to-market models, customer engagement processes, incentive compensation plans, KPIs, and field structures.
• Experience with industry data sets such as IQVIA Xponent, DDD, 867, and de-identified SP/HUB data.
• Working knowledge of Veeva, Salesforce, Snowflake, Power BI, AI tools, and automation platforms.
• Strong communication, presentation, financial acumen, change management, governance, and project/program management skills.
