Senior Developer Success Engineer - West (Cloud Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Help developers deploy, operate, and scale hirify.global in cloud-native environments.
• Debug complex infrastructure, performance, scalability, reliability, and availability issues.
• Develop observability solutions using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Improve networking across load balancing, DNS, and ingress/egress.
• Automate infrastructure operations with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Collaborate with developers, engineering teams, and product teams to improve platform reliability and developer experience.

Requirements

• Reside within the United States Pacific time zone.
• 6+ years of development experience, with fluency in one or more of Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
• Experience deploying and managing medium- to large-scale architectures, including Kubernetes or Docker.
• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana and troubleshooting performance and availability issues.
• At least one year of internal or external customer-facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience working on remote teams.

Nice to have

• Professional services consulting, solutions architecture, customer engineering, or another customer-facing background.
• Experience with security certificate management and implementation.
• Ability to translate use cases into hirify.global design decisions and architecture best practices.
• Experience with EKS, GKE, OpenTracing, Terraform, Ansible, or CDK.
