What you will do

• Design and evolve AWS multi-account infrastructure (EKS) for scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Develop a self-service internal platform featuring reusable templates and golden paths.
• Optimize GitOps delivery flows using FluxCD and GitLab CI.
• Build internal automation tools for engineering and non-engineering teams (HR, operations).
• Automate infrastructure provisioning via Terraform and Kubernetes operators.
• Mentor team members and contribute to platform architecture decisions.

Requirements

• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) required.
• Strong production experience with AWS (EKS, VPC, RDS, Route53, IAM).
• Deep Kubernetes expertise (CKA-level or higher).
• Advanced Terraform skills for module design and multi-account state management.
• Hands-on experience with GitOps (FluxCD or ArgoCD) and GitLab CI.
• Proficiency in Prometheus/Grafana and scripting (Python, Go, or Bash).

Nice to have

• Experience with Internal Developer Platforms (Backstage) or Crossplane.
• Knowledge of SRE practices (SLO/SLI) and FinOps.
• Experience with Cloudflare at scale.
• Familiarity with automation platforms like Windmill, n8n, or Retool.
• Experience with AI infrastructure (Amazon Bedrock, Claude API).
