Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer

What you will do

• Design and evolve scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AWS multi-account infrastructure based on EKS.
• Build a self-service internal developer platform with reusable templates, golden paths, and developer-facing tooling.
• Own and improve GitOps delivery workflows using FluxCD, GitLab CI, and deployment orchestration.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and routine operations with Terraform, Kubernetes operators, and workflow automation.
• Build internal tools that automate workflows for engineering, HR, and operations teams.
• Contribute to platform architecture decisions and mentor other engineers.

Requirements

• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2)
• Strong production experience with AWS, including EKS, VPC, RDS, Route 53, IAM, and multi-account organizations.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise covering operators, controllers, cluster lifecycle, and workload troubleshooting.
• Strong Terraform skills, including module design, multi-account configurations, and large-scale state management.
• Hands-on experience with GitOps and CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab CI, plus observability with metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting.
• Confident scripting or programming in Python, Go, or Bash, with strong Linux and container fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Internal Developer Platform experience with Backstage, service catalogs, golden paths, or self-service tooling.
• Experience with Crossplane, SRE practices, FinOps, security engineering, or Cloudflare at scale.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Windmill, n8n, or Retool.
• Experience integrating LLM services and AI-assisted automation into engineering workflows.
