Global Export & Agency Finance Associate (Finance)

Location: Onsite at the Boadilla (Madrid) office, Spain

What you will do

• Support business origination and prepare high-quality marketing and internal materials.
• Contribute to business development, including screening opportunities and coordinating with bankers and Multilateral Agencies.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Environmental & Social, Syndication, Middle Office, and Project Finance.
• Structure and execute export and agency finance transactions with Multilateral Agencies.
• Provide advisory and coordination support across deal teams and geographies.
• Design new value-added financing solutions as transaction structures become more complex.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in advisory, lending, structured, project, or export and agency finance transactions.
• Knowledge of standard legal arrangements for non-recourse project finance and/or export and agency finance transactions.
• Experience leading deal teams across geographies, internal departments, and external advisors.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering.
• Mandatory English and Spanish; ability to manage transactions across different time zones.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, presentation, interdisciplinary, and transaction coordination skills.

• International experience.
• Portuguese or French.
• Financial modelling skills.
