Principal Consultant (Payroll Technical)

Location: Philippines; ability to work U.S. hours

hirify.global provides ERP services and technical application support for clients using Infor CloudSuite and Lawson S3 Payroll environments.

What you will do

• Lead technical support for Infor CloudSuite FSM and HRT and Lawson S3 Payroll across production and non-production environments.
• Monitor system health, scheduled jobs, batch processing, background services, integrations, IPA flows, interfaces, and extensibility.
• Troubleshoot incidents through application, job, and integration log analysis and coordinate escalations with Infor Support.
• Support release management, including technical testing of patches, fixes, and upgrades.
• Manage service requests, data copies, restores, environment administration, print file purging, and scheduled processing.
• Develop and support technical reports, interfaces, and extensions while advising client IT leadership and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 8+ years of experience supporting Infor CloudSuite and Lawson S3 v10 in live production environments.
• Hands-on experience with integrations, IPA flows, interface monitoring, job scheduling, batch processing, and system monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, incident management, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reconciliation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
