Experienced MS Dynamics 365 Application Specialist - Supply Chain (Dynamics 365): Designing, configuring, and improving ERP solutions for manufacturing, warehousing, planning, purchasing, and order fulfillment with an accent on scalable supply chain processes and end-to-end consistency. Focus on leading requirements analysis, shaping architecture decisions, and implementing ERP transformation initiatives across regions.
Location: Based at the Axis headquarters in Lund or office in Linköping, Sweden

What you will do
- Lead requirements analysis and translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions.
- Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 for supply chain processes, deciding when to configure, extend, or improve the underlying process.
- Contribute to solution design and architecture decisions with architects and developers.
- Take an active role in ERP transformation and implementation initiatives.
- Lead stakeholder discussions across functions and regions to reach aligned solutions.
- Safeguard end-to-end process consistency and continuously support and improve the ERP platform.
Requirements
- Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and business-facing solution work.
- Experience as a consultant or specialist in a larger organization, with a track record of building trust and influencing stakeholders.
- Experience contributing to or leading larger transformation initiatives.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, manufacturing, warehousing, and order fulfillment.
- Experience with the SCOR model or Dynamics 365 supply chain processes.
Nice to have
- Experience in a global, multi-site organization.
- Familiarity with PLM or demand- and supply-planning solutions connected to ERP.
