Director, Strategic Partnerships (Relocation to Singapore)

Location: Singapore, Amsterdam, or London. Relocation to Singapore is required for the Singapore-based option.

What you will do

• Lead and implement a partnerships strategy aligned with the broader business vision.
• Manage strategically important existing and prospective partnerships and executive-level relationships across the region.
• Assess the competitive landscape and present recommendations to executive management.
• Partner with the APAC General Manager to execute initiatives aligned with regional commercial objectives.
• Coordinate partner due diligence and project-manage commercial, product, and systems assessments.
• Build relationships with industry decision-makers while representing regional priorities within a global organization.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in partnerships and a strong network of partners, experts, and executives.
• Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong negotiation skills for complex commercial discussions.
• Ability to lead diverse specialists toward shared outcomes.
• Ability to operate effectively under pressure, ambiguity, and constant change.
• Ability to work from Singapore, Amsterdam, or London; relocation to Singapore applies to the Singapore-based option.
