Analyst, Digital Media (Influencer Marketing)

Location: Sam's Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $60,000–$110,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses.

What you will do

• Manage the program inbox, answering payment questions, handling inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.
• Support creator recruiting, outreach, onboarding, and retention through email and social channels.
• Publish social content and respond to comments and direct messages across creator platforms.
• Coordinate social-first storytelling, product features, educational materials, and program resources.
• Identify recurring issues and feedback, and recommend improvements to the creator experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field plus relevant marketing experience, or 2 years of experience in digital media planning and execution.
• Strong written communication and a service-oriented approach.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to learn quickly, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with email, social platforms, and digital tools.
• Interest in influencer marketing, social media, technology, and digital commerce.

Nice to have

• Prior influencer or creator experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Marketing experience, supervisory experience, or a master's degree in business administration.
