Annual salary: $112,000–$197,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible regional pay zone or complex-structure compensation.

What you will do

• Provide patient care by processing and dispensing prescriptions, administering immunizations, and delivering pharmacy programs.
• Manage pharmacy operations, including prescription verification, counseling, insurance and licensure issues, billing procedures, HIPAA compliance, and standard operating procedures.
• Lead, supervise, train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to pharmacy associates.
• Oversee inventory flow, ordering, merchandise availability, pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Build a culture of patient safety, quality, accuracy, compliance, error reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Support customer service, community outreach, compliance initiatives, safety controls, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGEC qualification from the NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to follow pharmacy regulations, HIPAA requirements, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Ability to work onsite at the Columbia, South Carolina location.
