SAP Data Conversion Consultant (S/4HANA)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

What you will do

• Design and execute SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA implementations, including greenfield and conversion scenarios.
• Extract, transform, cleanse, enrich, validate, and reconcile master and transactional data from legacy systems.
• Configure SAP LTMC, including custom migration objects, and implement SAP SLT replication scenarios with transformation rules and filters.
• Manage logical system setups, replication configurations, system refreshes, and landscape virtualization using SAP LVM.
• Support mock migrations, dress rehearsals, final cutover, runbook execution, rollback planning, and performance optimization for large-volume data loads.
• Partner with functional teams, business owners, and infrastructure stakeholders while maintaining architecture, configuration, and operational documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
• New H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored. U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of SAP data migration experience, including hands-on SAP LTMC and S/4HANA migration tools.
• Experience with SAP SLT replication, SAP LVM, SAP master and transactional data structures, and enterprise SAP implementations.
• Strong SQL, data analysis, validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with S/4HANA greenfield or brownfield implementations.
• Exposure to SAP Data Services or other ETL platforms.
• Experience with high-volume, multi-source data migrations.
• Working knowledge of SAP HANA database structures.
• SAP S/4HANA certification.
