Program Advocacy Manager (Social Security and Trust Accounting): Leading eligibility and trust accounting teams, ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements, and delivering accurate contractual work with an accent on supervision, quality assurance, and public-sector program operations. Focus on analyzing performance data, improving processes, maintaining procedures and training materials, and leading audits, client meetings, and trainings.

Location: Remote in the United States, Wisconsin

Salary: $72,100–$99,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage Social Security Eligibility and Trust Accounting staff, including direct supervision, delegation, feedback, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, policies, and contractual responsibilities.
  • Monitor team performance metrics and use Excel and Power BI to respond to management and client requests.
  • Drive continuous improvement in compliance, accuracy, efficiency, and service value.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures, training materials, and quality assurance processes for team activities, data, and reports.
  • Lead client meetings, trainings, audits, and reviews while collaborating with clients, federal partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in accounting or business.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably including staff supervision.
  • Advanced ability to interpret relevant federal and state laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Familiarity with Title XVI (SSI), Title II (RSDI), and Title IV-D (Child Support) programs.
  • Strong organization, delegation, communication, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and detail-orientation skills.
  • Must be able to work remotely from the United States; PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
