Senior Digital Product Manager – Decide & Invest (Fintech)

Location: Boadilla del Monte, Madrid, Spain; hybrid model with some days remote and some days onsite.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and evolution of the Decide & Invest customer mission.
• Define end-to-end digital investment journeys covering onboarding, profiling, suitability, portfolios, execution, and servicing.
• Design omnichannel experiences that address different customer segments and markets.
• Lead product discovery, prioritization, delivery, rollout, adoption, and continuous optimization across countries.
• Coordinate Product Owners, technology teams, local banks, and senior business stakeholders while managing dependencies, risks, and alignment.
• Define product success metrics and use customer, business, and operational KPIs to drive improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience as a Product Manager, Senior Product Owner, Program Manager, or in a similar digital role.
• Experience owning digital products or complex digital initiatives with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
• Strong background in digital banking, wealth management, fintech, e-commerce, or online platforms.
• Experience leading complex, multi-country initiatives and understanding Agile delivery and digital product development.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, strategic planning, prioritization, and technology understanding.
• Fluent English and Spanish are required.

• University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data, Technology, or a related field.
