Senior BI Analyst Developer (Power BI)

What you will do

• Design and develop client-facing Power BI reports and dashboards embedded in the EiQ supply chain intelligence platform.
• Translate supply chain, audit, and risk data into clear, decision-ready client insights.
• Build reusable datasets, data models, and reporting components that support multiple clients and use cases.
• Partner with product managers, customer success, commercial stakeholders, and clients to shape reporting priorities.
• Set best practices for Power BI development, performance optimization, security, version control, and release management.
• Mentor BI developers and identify improvements to reporting performance, resilience, and maintainability.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of significant BI development experience, focused on Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong expertise in complex Power BI reports, dashboards, Power Query, DAX, data models, and data integration.
• Experience creating and managing Power BI Dataflows and applying data modeling and optimization techniques.
• Solid SQL skills for data manipulation, querying, and performance tuning.
• Experience collaborating with development and DevOps teams using Azure DevOps Boards and familiarity with Git.
• Understanding of Power BI governance and security practices, including role-based access control, plus strong stakeholder communication and troubleshooting skills.
