What you will do

• Lead the design and development of intuitive, performant client-facing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Translate complex supply chain, audit, and risk data into clear, decision-ready client insights.
• Establish a standardized, scalable reporting framework to reduce customization and streamline client onboarding.
• Collaborate with product managers, customer success teams, and engineering to shape the reporting roadmap.
• Provide technical leadership on Power BI development, data modelling, performance optimization, and security.
• Mentor other BI developers on EiQ and adjacent client reporting initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in BI development with a heavy focus on Microsoft Power BI.
• Expertise in DAX, Power Query, and complex data modelling concepts.
• Solid proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, querying, and performance tuning.
• Experience using Azure DevOps and version control systems like Git for collaboration.
• Proven ability to engage and provide critical insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in Hong Kong
