Senior BI Analyst Developer (Power BI)

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of client-facing Power BI reports and dashboards embedded in the EiQ supply chain intelligence platform.
• Translate complex supply chain, audit, and risk data into clear, decision-ready client insights.
• Design reusable datasets, data models, and reporting components for multiple clients and use cases.
• Partner with product managers, customer success, engineering, DevOps, and commercial stakeholders to shape reporting priorities.
• Set best practices for Power BI development, data modeling, performance optimization, security, version control, and release management.
• Mentor BI developers and identify improvements to reporting performance, resilience, and maintainability.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of significant BI development experience, particularly with Microsoft Power BI.
• Advanced experience creating Power BI reports and dashboards using Power Query, DAX, data models, and multiple data sources.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, relationships, DAX calculations, optimization, and Power BI Dataflows.
• Solid SQL skills for data manipulation, querying, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps Boards, and collaboration with development and DevOps teams.
• Knowledge of Power BI security best practices, including role-based access control, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.
