Data Analyst (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Acquire, merge, transform, and analyze data from a centralized data warehouse.
• Translate business data needs into recurring extracts and custom analytical solutions.
• Develop and maintain data governance documentation and standards.
• Build auditing and validation processes between source systems and the data warehouse.
• Develop, test, and deliver reports and extracts using appropriate BI tools.
• Integrate data from public datasets, Excel reports, and warehouse sources while collaborating with cross-functional agile teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business, or Information Systems and 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role; 8 years of related experience may substitute for the degree.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, data warehousing concepts, and requirements translation.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI and Microsoft Office tools.
• Basic understanding of statistics, strong attention to detail, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders and explain complex technical concepts.
• Ability to work in an agile process and continuously learn; healthcare experience is preferred.
