Problem Solving Training Course Instructor (DOD/Military)

Location: Hybrid on/off client site and virtual delivery in the Southeastern United States/U.S. East Coast, primarily Fort Bragg, North Carolina

What you will do

• Develop lesson plans for problem-solving and civilian leadership development training.
• Facilitate classroom, workshop, and virtual instruction for Army Reserve civilian personnel.
• Use structured problem-solving methods, the Army Problem Solving Process, and Army Design Methodology.
• Lead root-cause analysis, systems-thinking exercises, case studies, and collaborative decision-making activities.
• Conduct assessments, provide coaching and feedback, and support curriculum updates based on survey results.
• Integrate LMS platforms, audiovisual technologies, interactive exercises, and performance-based learning methods.

Requirements

• Hybrid delivery is required in the Southeastern United States/U.S. East Coast, including Fort Bragg, North Carolina, with both in-person and virtual instruction.
• NACI eligibility is required.
• 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with facilitation, adult learning, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, and assessment.
• Leadership, collaboration, problem solving, adaptability, and customer focus.

Nice to have

• Instructional certifications.
• Relevant DOD/Military sector experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
