Senior Director, Contracting & Network Development (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, Florida; candidates must be located in the state of Florida. Occasional travel of approximately 10% is required for internal and provider-facing meetings.

Salary: $134,600–$249,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee the development, negotiation, implementation, and ongoing management of product-specific contracts and amendments with vendors and providers.
• Partner with business development and providers to create strategies for new networks that meet access and unit cost objectives.
• Plan network development resources, assemble cross-functional teams, and manage budgets in line with network and financial objectives.
• Support new business launches across diverse markets while accounting for market conditions, provider communities, budgets, and available resources.
• Lead network development specialists through implementation and development stages.
• Monitor performance, address process and quality gaps, and communicate network strategy with senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of related contracting or healthcare operations experience.
• Experience establishing new markets, including strategy development and implementation oversight.
• Experience negotiating complex and major provider contracts.
• Must be located in Florida.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% for internal and provider-facing meetings.
