Infrastructure Executive Support Analyst

Location: Richardson, Texas, United States

Base pay: $61,500–$136,100 per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Deliver premium white-glove technology support to executive leadership with urgency, discretion, and personalized service.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, configuration, and infrastructure issues escalated by executives.
• Support executive offices, leadership meetings, town halls, all-hands meetings, board meetings, and off-site corporate events.
• Manage audiovisual, collaboration, streaming, video conferencing, media, and communication technologies.
• Plan, test, monitor, and troubleshoot technology operations before, during, and after executive events.
• Coordinate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and technology vendors to drive rapid incident resolution and service excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or a technical certification and/or college coursework with 3 years of IT experience, or 6 years of IT experience.
• Knowledge of the ITIL v3 framework and ITSM systems.
• Knowledge and experience with workforce enablement technologies, including installation, troubleshooting, and daily executive support.
• Infrastructure domain knowledge, including relevant third-party solutions.
• Ability to use analytics to improve service, availability, and customer interactions.
• Experience supporting executives in diverse situations and resolving incidents and open issues.

• Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 Administration.
• ServiceNow, Nexthink or comparable digital employee experience platforms, PowerShell, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Teams Rooms, video conferencing, audiovisual and streaming solutions.
• Endpoint management and security, Windows 11 Enterprise, networking, and remote access technologies.
