Corporate Legal Counsel (iGaming)

hirify.global is hiring for a global iGaming technology and online casino platform provider.

What you will do

• Advise the Group on corporate governance, structuring, financing, intellectual property, and general commercial matters.
• Support Boards of Directors and Board Committees with governance documentation and statutory compliance.
• Manage corporate housekeeping, statutory registers, filings, incorporations, restructurings, and entity administration across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate constitutional documents, financing agreements, intercompany agreements, powers of attorney, and other corporate documentation.
• Coordinate legal due diligence and support M&A, investments, financing transactions, joint ventures, capital raisings, and cross-border initiatives.
• Coordinate external counsel and collaborate with senior management on governance frameworks, policies, internal controls, and strategic legal projects.

Requirements

• LLB law degree required; an LLM is an advantage.
• Qualified attorney admitted to the Bar in the country of origin.
• At least 3 years of post-qualification legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, corporate governance, corporate documentation, and Registrar of Companies procedures.
• Strong knowledge of Cypriot corporate law or experience working within the UK legal system.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; the role is based on-site in Limassol, Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries or the iGaming industry.
• Knowledge of gaming licensing and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience supporting M&A, corporate finance, or cross-border corporate transactions.
• Legal education from a UK or Cypriot university.
