An international fintech group operating across digital assets, payments, and software with regulated businesses in multiple jurisdictions.
What you will do
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, partnerships, and NDAs.
- Provide legal guidance on digital assets, crypto-assets, intellectual property, and new product development.
- Support regulatory compliance and licensing frameworks such as MiCA, GDPR, and AML/CFT.
- Manage corporate governance tasks, including board resolutions, statutory filings, and corporate records.
- Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Finance, HR, and Operations teams to provide commercially focused advice.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulators across various jurisdictions.
Requirements
- LL.B. or an equivalent law degree.
- 3–5 years of legal experience in private practice or an in-house team.
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level).
- Strong understanding of Cyprus company law and corporate governance.
- Must be based in Limassol, Cyprus.
- Proven skills in legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical reasoning.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in fintech, financial services, or digital assets.
- Familiarity with MiCA, GDPR, DORA, or AML/CFT regulations.
- Prior in-house legal experience.
- Knowledge of Greek.
