TL;DR

Branch Medical Group, a subsidiary of hirify.global, manufactures implants for spinal and orthopedic applications and designs the instrumentation cases that house them.

What you will do

  • Assemble subassemblies and finished medical devices according to standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Set up and operate production equipment in a GMP-compliant environment.
  • Interpret blueprints, bills of materials, schematics, and assembly drawings to build products to specification.
  • Test products and subassemblies, perform qualification protocols, and troubleshoot equipment, devices, and product issues.
  • Generate assembly records for Device History Records and support material cycle counting.
  • Maintain an organized 5S work area, separate scrap for appropriate disposal or recycling, and support engineering development activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; at least one year of related experience is preferred.
  • Ability to use torque wrenches, hand tools, power supplies, meters, fixtures, and other tooling.
  • Familiarity with GMP environments and technical manufacturing documentation.
  • Small-parts assembly experience and ability to stand for eight hours.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working for a medical device manufacturer.
  • Clean room experience.
