Onboarding (Underwriting) Compliance Specialist (iGaming)

hirify.global is recruiting for a global iGaming technology and online casino platform provider.

What you will do

• Conduct KYC, due diligence, underwriting reviews, and risk assessments for new and existing partners.
• Collect, verify, certify, and securely maintain onboarding documentation covering identity, ownership, business structure, and financial standing.
• Apply AML, CTF, FATCA, OFAC, gaming, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Monitor partner activity for suspicious behaviour, escalate compliance risks, and prepare regulatory reports and assessments.
• Maintain and improve KYC, underwriting, and compliance policies and procedures while monitoring regulatory developments.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Business, Projects, auditors, regulators, and partners; provide compliance training and guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in Compliance, KYC, Underwriting, or a similar regulatory role.
• Strong knowledge of AML, CTF, and financial crime compliance requirements, with familiarity with FATCA, OFAC, and gaming regulations.
• Experience conducting KYC, due diligence, and risk assessments and using compliance, risk management, or KYC software.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and prioritisation skills with exceptional attention to detail and high ethical standards.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to explain compliance requirements to internal and external stakeholders.
