Regional Demand Generation Specialists (B2B Marketing)

What you will do

• Develop region-specific go-to-market strategies in partnership with business units and sales channels.
• Coordinate with global teams to launch and optimize regional marketing campaigns.
• Create regional marketing collateral and develop inbound marketing initiatives to support customer acquisition.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to shape tactical marketing and sales programs.
• Work with product management, R&D, applications, sales, and regional senior management to inform the roadmap and capture business opportunities.
• Engage customers, generate leads, maintain customer relationships, and report campaign updates and KPIs to the Global Marketing Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of regional B2B marketing experience; fresh graduates with marketing experience are also welcome.
• Ability to create ideas for inbound and outbound marketing initiatives and identify regional market opportunities.
• Strong client rapport-building, lead generation, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of the cultural norms and regional nuances of the target market.
• Ability to manage multiple deadline-oriented projects, partner expectations, changing priorities, and translate market insights into actionable plans.
