Head of Marketing (AI)

Location: Berlin, Germany; fully on-site. Remote work is not available.

Salary: €75,000–€120,000 per year

What you will do

• Own marketing strategy, budget, prioritization, operational execution, and KPIs.
• Define positioning, storytelling, and conversion-focused content for a technical AI product.
• Build and run AI-first growth strategies across organic and paid channels.
• Plan and execute go-to-market launches for new segments and international markets, including the UK and US.
• Use experiments, data, and pipeline reporting to guide channel decisions.
• Hire and develop the marketing team while staying hands-on.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in growth or marketing, including ownership of the function and a meaningful budget.
• Ability to translate technical products into clear positioning and compelling narratives.
• Hands-on experience with organic and paid channels and repeatable growth playbooks.
• Experience with AI-driven and automation-led growth strategies, experiments, and pipeline KPIs.
• Experience building and leading marketing teams and launching new segments or international markets.
• Fluent English and German; bilingual proficiency required.
