Admissions Representative (West Coast Schedule)

Location: Remote (RMT), with occasional planned onsite or travel requirements; Sunday–Thursday schedule with Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST and Monday–Thursday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. EST.

Salary: $20 USD per hour.

What you will do

• Contact prospective students by phone, email, and other approved channels to schedule information sessions.
• Interview prospective students, assess their interests and needs, and help them select suitable educational programs.
• Explain programs, tuition, fees, payment plans, refund policies, and other relevant college procedures accurately and ethically.
• Complete enrollment, transfer, and other required documentation and maintain accurate data entry.
• Coordinate with Admissions, Student Finance, and other departments while scheduling campus tours and supporting student readiness.
• Meet defined performance metrics while following federal, state, accrediting agency, and institutional compliance requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience in education, customer service, sales, or a related field required.
• Ability to build collaborative, customer-centric relationships and identify prospective students’ needs and motivations.
• Ability to present information factually and ethically and follow applicable federal, state, accrediting, and institutional requirements.
• Quiet home office, camera-ready workspace, and hard-wired high-speed internet connection.
• Availability for evening and weekend work and the stated EST schedule.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or higher.
• Three years of direct sales and/or customer service experience.
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM.
