Clinical Advisor

Location: Miramar, Florida, USA. Hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week, Monday–Thursday.

Salary: $18.00–$23.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Place third- and fourth-year medical students into track programs and elective clinical clerkships at approved training sites.
• Advise students on scheduling rotations, graduation requirements, licensure, residency preparation, and regulatory matters.
• Provide student support and customer service by phone, email, and in person, including resolving complex issues and advocating for students.
• Schedule clinical rotations, process updates, and maintain accurate records using SCT Banner, Salesforce, Outlook, and other systems.
• Maintain databases of clinical rotations, clerkship inventory, and affiliated and non-affiliated hospitals.
• Document procedures, monitor service standards, and contribute to solutions addressing emerging student needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant medical education or high-volume customer service experience may substitute.
• Professional experience in education, counseling, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while providing professional, service-oriented student support.
• Solid computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office, database software, Salesforce, and SCT Banner is desirable.
• Familiarity with NBME, ECFMG, USMLE, and licensure requirements for international medical graduates is desirable.
