Senior Admissions Representative

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA; must live in the Albuquerque area and travel to workforce development sites. The position is described as remote but includes required travel and in-person interviews.

What you will do

• Respond to inquiries from prospective students interested in healthcare education programs.
• Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person and virtual interviews covering program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with prospects, answer questions, remove enrollment barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Document student contacts and admissions activity accurately in Nexus or CampusVue.

Requirements

• At least one year of for-profit admissions experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent presentation, communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work high-volume outbound outreach and assigned or flexible weekly hours.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must live in the Albuquerque area and be able to travel to workforce development sites.

Nice to have

• Experience with Nexus or CampusVue.
• Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience.
