Support and Deployment Engineer (AWS)

What you will do

• Deploy and configure secure server architectures, including hardening and firewall policies.
• Deploy Azeus applications to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and KSA cloud.
• Deploy and maintain applications on client premises, including server and application hardening.
• Identify system integration and server issues, determine root causes, and provide immediate remediation.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring problems.
• Identify repetitive tasks and recommend automation tools; provide on-call support.

• Good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing shifts, including weekends, holidays, and work across different time zones.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
