Director of Regional Facilities

What you will do

• Direct daily regional facilities operations across a North American network spanning more than 30 million square feet.
• Lead Regional Facilities Managers, support team development, and maintain a positive team culture.
• Conduct facilities audits and coordinate issue resolution to keep campuses in top condition.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and landlords supporting building start-ups, landscaping, and construction projects.
• Develop budgets and operational reports to guide long-term facilities strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience managing construction or maintenance teams.
• Proficiency with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience performing skilled work in at least one building trade.
• Finance or accounting knowledge is a plus.
