IT Systems Technician

Location: On-site at 113 Plainfield Pike, Plainfield, Connecticut, United States. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with rotational on-call support and occasional evening and weekend work.

Salary: $27–$34 per hour. New hires receive a $5,000 bonus.

What you will do

• Provide end-user technology support, troubleshoot incidents, and deliver technical training.
• Set up and manage computers, printers, audio/visual equipment, and mobile devices.
• Maintain the IT inventory system, track assets, and perform scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate technology equipment moves and uphold cabling standards.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Prior IT Systems Technician experience with knowledge of networking, hardware, and application systems.
• Understanding of Windows OS, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Availability for rotational on-call support, including occasional evening and weekend work.
