Commercial Product Manager Lead (Supply Chain Finance)

What you will do

• Own Supply Chain Finance product initiatives from discovery and problem definition through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to identify problems, validate opportunities, and define measurable product outcomes.
• Translate customer, stakeholder, and commercial needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define product direction, priorities, and roadmaps while managing multiple initiatives independently.
• Partner with Engineering on solution design, delivery planning, trade-offs, and release readiness.
• Lead cross-functional execution and analyse post-release performance and customer feedback to guide improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, Lead Product Manager, or in a similar product ownership role.
• Experience taking products, capabilities, or features from concept through production.
• Strong independent judgement, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Experience synthesising customer and stakeholder input into product direction, outcomes, and requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of Agile delivery practices and experience working closely with Engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in Supply Chain Finance or Working Capital Finance.
• Experience in financial technology or with financial institutions.
• Experience implementing artificial intelligence features or products, or using AI across the product development lifecycle.
